About Me

My own sporting background, which includes high level gymnastics, tennis, golf and rock climbing, influenced me to begin a career in health and fitness and I have now been a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer for over six years. In that time I have helped over one hundred clients to achieve the fitness goals they were starting to think were impossible. I have worked with people wanting many different results including weight loss goals, working towards running their first marathon, or even lowering their golf handicap.

I can help you to make positive changes to your lifestyle through expert exercise guidance, nutritional advice and, of course, that much needed motivation.
