My Top 3 Reasons To use Kettlebells

After just finishing 8 weeks of strength training using only kettlebells I thought I would go over my top 3 reasons for working out with them.

Reason 1: Multi dimensional training, kettlebells not only work the whole body but because the weight is constantly moving away from you your core has to work harder to stabilise you.

Reason 2: Ballistic movements, exercises like the swing and snatch are fast movements creating speed and power in the body which is much more relevant to real life than long slow isolated movements.

Reason 3: Flexibility, All kettlebell movements promote a full range of motion and dynamically stretching the muscles during exercise, therefore promoting flexibility rather than inhibiting it like other forms of resistance training.
