Personal Training:
Bored with your current gym routine? Not getting the results you should be for all your effort? Don't want to bother with the hassle and expense of a gym membership? If you answered yes to any or all of these then Personal Training could be for you!
I offer personal training in your home, local park or at Nizels Golf Club (membership is required) at times to suit you. One of the many benefits of personal training for you, is that I can make sure you're doing the correct exercises for your personal goals and fitness level. This ensures you get the maximum benefit without having to worry about injury.
After your Free consultation we will set specific goals together, and we will work towards them in the most efficient and enjoyable ways possible.
Initial Consultation- FREE
Single hour-long session- £55
10 Sessions- £500 (saving you £50)
Group training:
Share the cost of personal training with your friends or family, and gain some extra motivation at the same time. If you have some friends who are also interested in getting into the best shape of their lives, then please contact me for a free consultation. Many of my clients are currently moving towards the group training option finding it both more enjoyable and cost effective. For a group of;
- two people the charge is £35 per person
- three people the charge is £25 per person; and for
- four people the charge is £20 per person
Personalized online personal training:
Ideal for those who are not within reach of a personal trainer but need the guidance of a tailor-made training plan. When you sign up to my online training you will be emailed a detailed lifestyle questionnaire; from this I can go about writing a training program specifically aimed for your individual needs. I will take into account your lifestyle, how many times per week you wish to train, what equipment is available to you, your current fitness level and your specific goals.
At the beginning of each month I will post you a DVD with your new plan for that month which will include detailed exercise demonstrations. You will also have priority contact with me via email and phone at any time with any questions or concerns you may have.
Because the program will be designed specifically for you, you will achieve much quicker results than following a program from a magazine, or fitness video which may have worked for someone else, but not for you, because each individual's body responds differently to different styles of training.
I am currently offering an initial introductory offer price of £50, which includes a Lifestyle and Fitness Questionnaire review, plus your first month-long training plan. Any extra training programmes will be charged at my usual rate of £75 per month. There is no obligation for you to proceed with purchasing any additional training plans after your first months plan.

Sport Specific:
If you play a specific sport, whether competitively or not, and would like to improve your performance, I am able to provide a tailor made program designed to improve all areas of your game. I have previously trained various sportsmen from weekend tennis players to professional swimmers, basketball and golfers.
An individually designed strength and conditioning program is a must have for any athlete.
I can also run strength and conditioning sessions for entire sports teams if needed. Email me for further details...
Kettlebell Training:
I am one of a few specially qualified Kettlebell instructors in Kent. I offer this extremely effective style of training in the comfort of your own home, or at local parks.
If you are interested in burning fat fast, building muscle, toning, or improving strength, stamina and flexibility then Kettlebell training is for you... the only style of training truly able to offer all of the benefits above at once.
Once you have tried Kettlebell training you will never want to go back to the mundane repetitiveness of the gym.
Adventure Bootcamps:
Bored of your normal exercise classes, or going to the gym to run on the treadmill for an hour?
Adventure boot camps are designed to be anything but boring, using the local surroundings and advanced techniques; this class is perfect for burning hundreds of calories in just sixty minutes, while offering a great challenge and some FUN!
Be warned, it's not for the faint hearted.
