Here are two pre-made workout routines which I have written; both come with a booklet which gives detailed instructions and exercise demonstrations.
The 6 Week Fat Burning Programme
This workout can be done at home, in the gym or down the park so there are no excuses. It only uses bodyweight exercises so no equipment is needed.
I have included a diet to follow that will complement the workout routine you will be following.
This routine can be done by men or women of various fitness levels, with the aim being to get your body burning lots of fat over the next 6 weeks.

Then this is the programme for you! It can be done by anyone, and includes two different levels; one for the beginner and another for advanced gym users, or for those who have progressed from the initial level... This programme is designed to be added into your current gym routine 3 times per week.
